Crystal French Ambience

Lumos Candles are all natural 100% Soy Wax, making them vegan.

Double cotton wicks are used to ensure your candle does not tunnel.* 

Our glass jars are 400ml.

Each glass jar comes with a bamboo wooden lid, both are reusable.

No added chemicals - giving you a clean burn every time you light it.

Each candle is carefully wrapped in eco-friendly brown paper and sealed with love.

Please adhere to the warning label under the jar. 

There is 1 (2cm x 2cm - 4cm x 4cm) Citrine and 1 (2cm x 2cm - 4cm x 4cm) Clear Quartz, with a scattering of Citrine and Clear Quartz Chips.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business with two part-time employees. While we keep our standards very high in the quality we deliver, each product is handmade to order and therefore may have slight differences between each batch, and from candle to candle. 

Crystals will differ from candle to candle, as every item we use is natural. This may mean that your colour, shape and cut of crystal will change each time. We do ensure each customer gets an average weight of combined crystals. Crystals are also subject to availability, and therefore, the cut of crystals will vary eg. a polished nugget vs a polished point. As crystals are natural, please expect imperfections in your stone. 

Shipping:

Each order has a 2-5 working day processing time before we can send your order out for delivery. Once your order is completed and has been collected by our couriers, we will send you an email to notify you. At this point, it will take 2 -3 working days to deliver to major cities across South Africa. 

Damages and Issues: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get a product you are happy with is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: 

If you would like a refund on your purchase, please return your item, at your own cost, to us for an evaluation on the item. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.

We do not do refunds on the following items:

• Damaged in transit

• A candle that has already been lit

• A used product (eg, blocks used from a wax melt pack)

Exceptions /Non-returnable items:  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
