Lumos Wax Melts are made of natural Coco-Soy wax.
Coco-Soy is an all-natural wax blend of coconut and soy.
This wax is gluten free, toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free, vegan and comes from renewable sources.
The hot and cold scent throw of Coco-Soy is excellent.
Coco-Soy wax is one of the most eco-friendly waxes.
Our Melts are packaged in a plastic container in brick form. The brick can be broken into 6 individual portions.
Each Melt brick weighs approximately 80g.
Please keep in mind that we are a small business with two part-time employees. While we keep our standards very high in the quality we deliver, each product is handmade to order and therefore may have slight differences between each batch, and from candle to candle.
Shipping:
Each order has a 2-5 working day processing time before we can send your order out for delivery. Once your order is completed and has been collected by our couriers, we will send you an email to notify you. At this point, it will take 2 -3 working days to deliver to major cities across South Africa.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get a product you are happy with is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
If you would like a refund on your purchase, please return your item, at your own cost, to us for an evaluation on the item. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
We do not do refunds on the following items:

A candle that has already been lit

A used product (eg, blocks used from a wax melt pack)
Exceptions /Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
