Large Oil/Wax Burner

An oil burner is used to to melt/burn wax melts. 

To use an oil burner place a wax melt in the well/bowl at the top, then place a lighted tea light underneath the bowl. The wax and fragrance oils evaporate, letting the aroma of the oils fill the room.

Never leave the lighted candle unattended and do not let all of the wax evaporate from the bowl, or it may crack.

The wax melt will solidify again once the candle is extinguished. It may be reused until the fragrance has completely evaporated. 

To clean the burner, use a cotton ball/paper towel and wipe out well/bowl while the wax is still melted.

Our medium Ceramic Beige burner is our most popular. It measures 12cm x 8cm. 

Our medium Ceramic White burner has a deep well and can hold more wax than most burners. It measures 11cm x 7,5cm.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business with two part-time employees. While we keep our standards very high in the quality we deliver, each product is handmade to order and therefore may have slight differences between each batch, and from candle to candle. 

Shipping:

Each order has a 2-5 working day processing time before we can send your order out for delivery. Once your order is completed and has been collected by our couriers, we will send you an email to notify you. At this point, it will take 2 -3 working days to deliver to major cities across South Africa. 

Damages and Issues: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get a product you are happy with is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: 

If you would like a refund on your purchase, please return your item, at your own cost, to us for an evaluation on the item. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.

We do not do refunds on the following items:

• Damaged in transit

• A candle that has already been lit

• A used product (eg, blocks used from a wax melt pack)

Exceptions /Non-returnable items:  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The type of burner may vary according to availability. The size will remain between 12-15cm
